LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of their item(s) caused by the shipping carrier. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s and carrier’s responsibility. In case of any damages or loss caused by the shipping carrier please contact our customer support service to open an investigation for your lost or damaged item. SHIPMENT AND PROCESSING TIMES.
Orders made within the US will be processed in the next 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2 – 5 business days once the package has left our facility.
