The spice rack is a fantastic product that exceeded expectations. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged, ensuring that everything arrived undamaged. While a funnel was missing, a rolled-up paper plate worked as a suitable alternative. Additionally, one jar missing a plastic sifter wasn't an issue since it wasn't necessary for bay leaves.
The set includes four separate metal racks with sides to prevent jars from falling off, making it versatile for round jars as well. The 28 square glass jars come with removable plastic sifter/tab tops and metal lids with foam padding for airtight storage. The vinyl-like labels are durable and can withstand gentle washing or wiping. Furthermore, there are plenty of blank labels provided, allowing customization for any additional spices.
The spice rack's design is well-thought-out, as it fits comfortably in drawers with minimal movement during opening and closing. It is not overly high, making it suitable for shallow drawers. The included jars require a clearance of approximately 2.5 inches, but even with extra space in the drawer, the racks, when overlapped and loaded with jars, remain stable. The jar size is sufficient to hold the entire contents of regular-sized grocery store spices, such as those from McCormick or Spice Island.
