Refund Policy

Here at SpaceAid, client satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re always here to help. All of our products are guaranteed to meet and surpass our clients’ expectations, from the time they leave our hands to the time they arrive at their doorsteps globally. 

We encourage customers to take advantage and reach out to our customer service agents on standby should they need assistance.

WARRANTY

SpaceAid products are 100% warrantied against the manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year after the original purchase date. During the warranty period, SpaceAid will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

A replacement item or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchase from the date of the replacement shipped.

THE WARRANTY COVERS:

  • any defects in materials detected upon the delivery of the product
  • any defects in workmanship under normal use
  • receiving any broken products

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • damage resulting from improper use or noncompliance with the user’s instructions manual 
  • damage resulting from natural disasters
  • modification of the product from its original form
  • damages and/or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, animal use or any use for which the product was not intended;
  • damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.
  • any requests for replacements/refunds of the units that are not accompanied by the order ID
  • theft or loss of a product 

ORDER ID

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warrantied product was purchased. The order number can be found in the history of the orders on the website the item was purchased from and serves as your warranty number. It should be retained as SpaceAid will offer no warranty service without this number.

RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT

Our team is always glad to offer an exchange for customers if the product delivered is defective or an incorrect order was received.

All submitted returns for replacements must be authorized by SpaceAid  within the warranty period with a valid Order ID Number, accompanied by proof of defect (pictures and videos).

To initiate a replacement, please send a request to support@spaceaidhome.com including the following information:

  • Full name 
  • Shipping Address
  • Order ID
  • Item name/description
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the defect

RETURN OF THE UNUSED OR GIFTED ITEM FOR A REFUND

If you would like to return an unused/gifted item  purchased on the SpaceAid website for a refund, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for your order shipped within the United States.

Return the order to us within 30 days  of the purchase window in its original packaging, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

The refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date of receiving the order by the technical department and are followed up by a notification sent to the preferred contact method used for the purchase.

Please note that the customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the orders made outside of the United States to get a full refund.

The return shipping label issued by SpaceAid is valid for 21 days and is subject to cancellation if not used. The label is provided in e-format only and should be printed for the item to be shipped. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of their item(s) caused by the shipping carrier. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s and carrier’s responsibility.
